Happy New Year?!

January 5th, 2006

Yesterday morning, I was walking down a narrow path nearby my house, an Indian uncle motorcyclist rode pass and starred at me. I ignored him and continued to walk.

Then I heard a motor coming from behind, instantly I walked to the side, held my bag tight, afraid that the motorcyclist might snatch it, and turned my head. It’s HIM! He rode pass me again and said something but I couldn’t hear him clear.

He went to the main road and turned right. I was scarred so I went to the main road where the traffic was busy, walked to the left, hoping not to bump into him again.

As I walked passed BP petrol station, somewhere near my highschool, I saw him again! This time he came from the front. I was thinking WTF what is he trying to do?! He must have riding around looking for me! I was prepared to scream and run if he attempt to come near me or touch me and I AM SO READY TO PUNCH HIM!! He rode pass me and said “Big balls, big balls~~”. I was angry and scarred, just sped up my pace and walked to the nearby coffee shop. I never saw him again after that. Should have take down his number plate, ish!

That was close.
If I was at the second narrow path where I used to walk to get to the shops, he could have done something nasty to me. The streets around my highschool are usually quiet during school hours. Behind the houses are shop houses with underground parking basement. Many sexual crimes happened there before. It would take me some time to run from the street to the shops, not to forget passing by the basement black area. I was lucky to bump into him at the first path instead of the second one!

My new year story didn’t just end there.

It started raining in the afternoon until 10pm yesterday.
As the rain stopped, me and my brother decided to go pasar malam. When he opened the door of my car, he was shocked to see all the car lockers were opened and papers were everywhere, obviously SOMEONE BROKE INTO MY CAR!!! My first thought was well, there’s nothing valuable in my car, probably just some coins and few ringgits I kept in the small locker, so I was still smilling, thinking which thief would dumb enough to break into my car, I don’t even have a CD player.

Then I went out and see for myself.
It was REALLY MESSY, that son of a bitch pulled out every single paper, practically everything he could find in the locker and underneath the seats. Passenger seat was pushed down, ashtray box and the tray underneath were out on the cushion, I even found a clinic card that belongs to my mum which I have no idea where it came from or how it got there -__-” What the hell!!! Then I saw my DBKL parking summon.. I can imagine the thief cursing when he found this.

Well, the windows were in good condition, he didn’t take my radio away, coins remained there, he even locked the door. I’d appreciate if he’d put back my stuffs too. Anyway, I should be thankful that HE DIDN’T DRIVE MY CAR AWAY!! Imagine that, my goodnessssssss~~

It’s only forth day of 2006, not a good way to start a new year!
I need some luck, please!

Christmas in KL

December 30th, 2005

You don’t have to go overseas for White Christmas, we have these in KL =)

Photos taken on 26/12/2005 in MidValley Megamall

They hired a group of dancers to perform Christmas songs on the stage at center court.

Felt like in fairy tale.

They have this in front of Seed and Izzue.com

Standing there felt like Cinderella..
It’s hard to take a snap cause many people stood there for photos.

It’s really beautiful!

Then you have these in front of the entrance of Jusco and Charges.

Christmas is not christmas if without snowman and santa

ChipsMore was promoting their new white chocolate ChipsMore, so they built this, and kids love it.

Falling stars!

I’m Graduated!

December 29th, 2005

So, I went to see my lecturer on tuesday.
He told me my marks for final, it’s terrible.
So terrible that he couldn’t give me that extra 1 mark I need for credit. Yes, I’m only ONE MARK away from credit! >_<
Can’t believe I did so bad in final, David Ng was surprised to see my marks too. He couldn’t remember my paper, I can file for remark if I wish to but what’s the point? I did pass the paper, when so many students fail Auditing & Assurance Services. I was told that 90% of the students failed, ONLY 8 STUDENTS PASSED! that’s how bad it is. At the moment, at least 4 of my friends can’t graduate because they failed Audit, and one of them failed for the second time.
Plus, my Strategic Financial Management class has less than 40 students, 3 distinction, 11 credit and 8 STUDENTS FAILED, so there’s really nothing to complain about. Getting a credit in SFM won’t pull my CGPA any higher, I still have average credit. Besides, I got a distinction for International Economics, so it’s all good. But I still feel defeated, very disappointed. I did put in my effort, wrote down all the points, WHY?! I never did this bad in my exam before. Unless I’m not prepared, or else I always score at least credit in all my exams, sigh..
Anyway, I should be glad, because I AM OFFICIALLY GRADUATED!!! Must start sending out resume… David said I should send to any company that is related to finance, probably send out 100 letters only come back 4 -__-”
Growing up is really dreadful, don’t you agree?
